Cancellation and Refund Policy Page
Cancellation Policy:
- Notice Period: Clients must notify WebCRS at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled consulting session or software service appointment for a cancellation.
- Late Cancellation Fee: If a client cancels less than 72 hours before the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged.
- How to Cancel: To cancel, clients should contact us via email at neel@webcrstravel.com.
- Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule an appointment once without incurring additional charges, provided the request is made within the specified notice period.
Refund Policy:
- Full Refunds: Full refunds are available if a cancellation is made within 72 hours before the service is scheduled to start.
- Partial Refunds: For cancellations made less than 72 hours but more than 48 Hours, a partial refund of 50% will be given.
- Non-Refundable: Services cancelled less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
- Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances, such as emergencies.
- Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within 30 days of receipt.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
Additional Notes:
- WebCRS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be notified as soon as possible and offered a rescheduled appointment or a full refund.
- This policy is subject to change at the discretion of WebCRS.
